How we work

You describe the site
Building type, floor area, stage of the project. Three minutes is enough to get started.

We study it
A technician reads your request and your photos, then calls you back to settle the last points. On-site visit when the project calls for it.

You receive the quotation
Itemised pricing for hardware and labour, valid 30 days. Nothing is committed until you sign it.
What actually drives the price of an installation
Better said before the quotation: the number of cameras or detectors is almost never the main line. Here is what weighs.
- The state of the building
- This is factor number one. Running cables before the partitions go up has nothing in common with chasing walls that are already finished. A new build caught in time costs far less to equip.
- Distances
- The furthest point dictates the cable, the switches and the injectors to plan for. Beyond a hundred metres or so, the solution changes in nature.
- What is already there
- Existing coaxial or RJ45 cabling can often be reused. It is the first thing we look at — replacing what works serves no purpose.
- What you want to keep
- Thirty days of recording instead of seven is not more cameras: it is more disk. Retention and coverage requirements size the hardware as much as the number of points does.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you work everywhere in Tunisia?
- Yes, across all 24 governorates. For areas far from Greater Tunis a travel charge may apply — it is always announced beforehand, never discovered on the invoice.
- Is the survey chargeable?
- No. The survey and the quotation are free and without obligation, including when a technical visit is required.
- Can I buy without having it installed?
- Of course. The catalogue is open to everyone, with or without installation. Installation is a separate service, priced separately in the quotation.
- Is the equipment under warranty?
- Catalogue equipment carries a 12-month warranty unless the product page states otherwise. The warranty applies the same way whether or not we install it.
