The equipment sold on this site is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. This duration applies to almost the entire catalog; the exact duration is indicated on each product page.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects and failures occurring during normal product use, in accordance with its manual.

What is not covered

• Damage related to improper installation or non-compliant connection.
• Impacts, drops, water damage, and power surges.
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (batteries, cells).
• Products opened or modified outside our workshops.

Making a warranty claim

Keep your invoice: it serves as proof of the purchase date.
