Controlling an access point answers two questions: who comes in, and when. The same equipment usually answers both — and produces the attendance record payroll needs.
What we install
- Readers
- RFID badge, fingerprint, facial recognition, keypad — alone or combined when the door deserves it.
- Door hardware
- Electric strike, magnetic lock, exit button, panic bar. Choosing the lock matters as much as choosing the reader.
- Attendance and rights
- Rights per person, per door and per time slot, plus an entry log that exports for payroll.
The choices that change everything
- Standalone or networked
- A standalone reader is enough for a single door. As soon as there are several, or when one departure must cut every access at once, the network becomes essential.
- The credential
- A badge is the simplest — and gets lent or lost. A fingerprint cannot be passed on but copes badly with dirty hands. The face settles both, contact-free. Each has its ground.
- Getting out in an emergency
- An exit must stay passable when the alarm goes off. That is decided when choosing the lock and its power supply, not after installation.

- Can the hours be used for payroll?
- Yes. Attendance terminals produce an entry and exit log that exports to a spreadsheet or a payroll application.
- Can several doors be equipped?
- Yes, and that is where the network earns its keep: rights are managed in one place for the whole site, door by door and slot by slot.
- What if someone loses their badge?
- The badge is deactivated immediately and another replaces it. That is precisely what a mechanical key cannot do: losing a key means changing a cylinder.
